Implant Treatments

An implant is a screw-shaped, artificial root made of titanium that is placed in the jawbone to replace missing teeth. Implants are surgically placed in the jawbone. After this procedure, the implants attach to the jawbone. Once attached, the implant replaces a real tooth root and is ready to support the prosthesis.

IN CASE OF BONE DEFICIENCIES

We treat patients requiring very difficult and complex treatments. Solutions and alternatives are offered for all types of bone deficiency.

BONE GRAFTS APPLICATION

In cases where the jaw bone is not sufficient for implant placement and therefore cannot be routinely applied, implants can be placed using bone grafts.

SOLUTIONS IN CASE OF TOTAL EDENTAL LOSS

A – Full Arc: Determining the number of implants according to bone level and edentulous crest size.

B – All On 6 Sistem: It includes a full jaw prosthesis placed on six implants.

C – All On 4 Sistem: It's the best treatment option for completely edentulous patients, maximizing the use of existing bone. It's a low-cost implant technique that allows patients to have a fixed denture on the day of surgery. All-on-four implant systems are used in edentulous patients by placing four implants at predetermined angles in the front of the jaw. All-on-four treatment is suitable for all completely edentulous patients (those without any teeth) who have sufficient bone volume and no systemic disease that would preclude dental implant surgery.

D – All On 3 Sistem: It is an alternative treatment option for individuals with advanced bone destruction in the mandible (lower jaw) when other surgical techniques cannot be used due to local and systemic factors.

E – Zygoma implants: Zygoma implants can be used as an alternative treatment option for individuals with advanced bone destruction in the maxilla (upper jaw) when other surgical techniques are not feasible due to local and systemic factors. This technique is called a zygomatic implant because the implants are placed in the zygoma bone (cheekbone).

F – Pterygoid Implant: It is an alternative treatment option for individuals with advanced bone destruction in the maxilla (upper jaw) when other surgical techniques cannot be used due to local and systemic factors.

G – Implant-supported removable dentures: Removable dentures can be made on implants placed in the jaws.

SINUS ELEVATOR

Sinus lift surgery is a treatment option used when sufficient bone height is not available in the maxilla (upper jawbone) for implant placement due to premature tooth loss. Sinus lift surgery is performed to restore function and achieve an aesthetic appearance. Initially, a radiological evaluation is performed to determine whether a patient requires a sinus lift procedure.

Distraction

It's a treatment method used when sufficient bone height isn't achieved. It's used to restore function and achieve an aesthetic appearance.

PERIIMPLANTITIS TREATMENT

Problems that occurred with previously placed implants are treated.

NAVIGATIONAL AND THREE-DIMENSIONAL IMPLANT APPLICATION

It is performed with the support of advanced surgical technology.

FLAPLESS SURGERY

It is also known as the non-surgical implant method.
